Can I use 2 coupons at once?

Our coupons and discount codes cannot be stacked therefore only one can be used per order.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do not currently sell gift cards but hope to soon!

Do you offer have free samples?

We do not currently offer samples, but every order is backed by our Proof Not Promises Guarantee. Keep an eye out for free gifts with purchase though - we love surprises!

It says you're located in Orlando. Why are my products coming from Nevada?

Our headquarters is located in Orlando, FL however our distribution center, where our orders are fulfilled, is located in Reno, Nevada.

Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the USA?

We currently only ship to the US. For residents outside of the US our products are available internationally through our authorized international retailers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Amazon Payments, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and we offer payment plans through AfterPay.

Can I change my order or shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately we cannot change an order that has already been placed. Please contact if you need to make any changes and we will review your options.

When can I expect my order?

Who should I contact if my shipment has not arrived?

Unfortunately once your shipment is in the hands of the carrier, we have limited control over delivery. We recommend monitoring the tracking number provided in your InstaNatural shipping confirmation email and contact the shipping carrier with any concerns.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are developed and manufactured in FDA-approved, GMP-compliant facilities across the United States.

Are your products gluten-free?
Most of our products are free from gluten-containing ingredients however they are not certified gluten-free or manufactured in a gluten-free facility.

Are your products vegan?
Yes! Currently all of our products are vegan!

Are your products tested on animals?
No! We adore our furry friends and are certified Leaping Bunny Cruelty Free. This means we do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage in product development. This also means we do not commission animal testing and our vendor partners do not conduct animal testing.

Do you add fragrance to your products?
We never use synthetic fragrance! Any aroma in our products is a result of the natural ingredients in the formula. If you see "Fragrance" listed on the label, that is due to labeling regulations set forth by the FDA. All our fragrance materials are 100% natural and contain no synthetics or phthalates. Do you share the percentages of certain ingredients in your formulas?
Our products are developed with a blend of botanicals and actives that are synergistically combined for results. Rather than depending on a single ingredient or concentration level, we evaluate product efficacy by considering the entire formulation and how the ingredients work together.

Most importantly, because there are different derivatives of ingredients, we believe that the amount of a single ingredient does not directly correlate to efficacy and sometimes higher concentrations can lead to irritation in the skin.

While we consider the concentrations of our formulas to be proprietary, we believe that our synergistic approach to formulation ensures both efficacy and safety and we are proud to have over 30k 5-Star reviews from customers that feel the same.

Do I have to keep my products refrigerated?
No and in fact we highly recommend you keep your products at room temperature, away from extreme temperatures or direct light. Every product is packaged to ensure maximum stability and efficacy within its container and has undergone stability and preservative efficacy testing to ensure packaging compatibility. Placing your products under extreme temperature conditions or transferring to another bottle could compromise safety, stability, or efficacy.

What's the shelf life of your products?
Our products carry a 2-year shelf life from the manufacture date which is listed on the packaging. Once opened, we recommend using within 12 months to enjoy the most efficacious product.

What is in your proprietary blend?

Can I use your products when I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
While our products are always formulated to be safe, it is commonly recommended to avoid products with Retinol or Salicylic Acid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Because every pregnancy is unique, we recommend talking to your healthcare professional about any products or ingredients you should avoid during your pregnancy and post-partum periods.
