FAQ

    1. Where can I buy your product in stores?
      Currently we exclusively sell our products online on our website and through Amazon. They are not available in any nationwide stores.

    2. I live in Canada/England/Japan/Brazil/etc. How can I get your product?
      If you live in Europe, we recently opened up an online storefront on Amazon UK, where you are able to purchase our products and ship them throughout Europe. However our product line is limited at the moment as we actively work to expand our complete collection of items.

      If you do not live in Europe, or you do not want to order through Amazon and/or the product you want is not available on Amazon UK, it is still possible to order our products.

      If you are interested, please email us an inquiry with:
      (1) Your name and full address
      (2) What products you are interested in
      (3) How many of each product

      Please allow 1-2 business days for us to compile a quote for the shipping costs and total amount of order. We currently use USPS Priority Mail for shipping services. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery. UPS and FedEx services are also available for your order upon request.

    3. Are your products tested on animals? Are they vegetarian?
      None of our products are tested on animals. However, we do have one product that's derived from animal and that's 100% Pure Emu Oil. All other products contain vegetarian or vegan ingredients.

    4. Do any of your products contain alcohol, sulfates, or parabens?
      No. All of our products are free of any harmful alcohols, sulfates or parabens.

    5. Do you carry any samples of your products? I would like to try them out before buying a whole bottle.
      We do not currently offer samples for our products. However rest assured your purchase is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product(s) for whatever reason, simply contact us with your order number and we would be happy to issue a refund for your order.

    6. I would love to receive free products for review. Where do I sign up?
      We are not offering complimentary products at this time. However if you are interested in receiving products at a DEEP discount, make sure to join our InstaClub program. We host promotions from time to time offering products for deep discounts (less than $5) in exchange for your honest and unbiased opinion. Make sure to sign up now so you don't miss out on the next opportunity!

    7. I would like a refund for my order. HELP!
      If you would like a refund for your order, simply contact us through e-mail or by phone and let us know. Make sure to have your Order Number ready since we need that piece of information to issue the refund. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days back onto the method that was used to make the purchase.

    8. Can I use your products if I am pregnant and/or nursing?
      Our products have not been tested on pregnant or nursing women. Therefore we recommend consulting your doctor or obstetrician for expert guidance.

    9. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
      Currently, we are not offering wholesale pricing at this time. However we may open a wholesale program in the future. If you are interested in having your information on file, please fill out our Wholesale Inquiry form and we will get in touch if we are interested.
