If I need to return an item how long does it take to get a refund?
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, InstaNatural will promptly secure your refund once your order has been returned. It can take up to 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card service to reverse the charge. Please expect processing delays over holidays and weekends.
Do you offer free shipping?
InstaNatural is proud to offer free standard shipping for our customers with every purchase above $35 USD. The subtotal (before taxes) for the cart must be at least $35 to qualify for free shipping. For orders below $35, a flat rate of $5.95 will be applied for standard shipping. We ship to mailing addresses in the United States only at this time.
Once I place an order when can I expect delivery?

After placing an order can I change my shipping address?
